Confidential healthcare provider
We are studying how a patient moves from intake and consultation through laboratory, pharmacy and surgical services.
Context
This is an active discovery engagement with a private healthcare provider whose name remains confidential. The work is focused on understanding the patient journey and the operational handoffs around care.
Operational problem
The immediate goal is to understand the handoffs, records, follow-up responsibilities and communication gaps before recommending a system.
What is being studied
Research and workflow discovery are in progress. No technology recommendation has been finalized.

How the discovery supports the work

The next step is to validate the workflow with the people performing it, identify exceptions and determine whether the right response is process redesign, ordinary software, AI assistance or a combination.
