ABOUT EJOM LABS
Building the operating layer for the age of AI.
Ejom Labs is a business systems and AI engineering company helping organizations understand, redesign and improve how work gets done.
From improving the front of businesses to improving how they work.
I began studying computer science at university. During the COVID period, I left at level 200 after first learning by writing, publishing online and producing videos about politics.
My cousin Gideon introduced me to Harvard's CS50, which deepened my understanding of what software could make possible. I later trained in front-end, back-end and full-stack development through Nucamp, and studied UI/UX design through the UX Design Institute. A podcast referral then opened the door to audio, video, branding, websites, marketing and digital systems work.
Over roughly five to six years, I built Ejom Studios and led a team of around six people. That experience exposed the hidden cost of repeated communication, approvals and disconnected information—and became the foundation for Ejom Labs.
“We used to make the outside of businesses look good. Now we go inside and help them work well.”

Responsible systems begin with people.
Build with employees
The people doing the work understand its exceptions and realities.
Preserve human judgment
People remain responsible where decisions carry consequences.
Improve what already exists
We connect existing tools before forcing unnecessary migrations.
Begin with measurable work
Early systems should be visible, reversible and safe to correct.
Do not force AI
Some problems need ordinary software, better documentation or clearer process.
